Below are some possible questions that might come up. If none of these answer your questions, you can email us at EThobbiesD20@gmail.com
I'm looking for something specific, what can I do?
There are drop down menus on the top left on each page with common tags. If you are looking for something in particular, tags have been added to every miniature to help you out.
It looks like there are some models missing from this set?
Some models take a bit more work to print to our satisfaction. Those models will be released as the issues are worked out.
Where are the missing DM Stash campaigns?
We can't sell the campaigns separate of the miniatures. The missing campaigns have models that we can't print reliably, yet. When every model can be printed without issues, then the whole collection will go up.
How will I receive my digital products?
For now, we're emailing the appropriate .PDFs and maps to the address provided at checkout.
Can you print a model in a different size?
Not currently. Changing the size changes what it takes to print the model. Right now, we're focusing on getting a larger variety of models out.
My miniature needs to be assembled or repaired, what should I use?
Super glue is what you will want. Before applying glue follow these steps for an easier experience
Clear off anything that may block the pieces from fitting.
"Dry fit" the miniature without glue first, make sure it fits how you like before gluing.
Do not add too much glue. It can slow down the dry time and squish out the sides.
Add super glue to one piece of the model and press it into the other, the dry time will depend on your super glue.
We recommend this glue, here. It dries quickly and is very strong.
BE CAREFUL: It is very strong.
What will I want to do once I get my miniature?
There may be an imperfection on your miniature. In most cases all you'll need to do is sand it down with something likethis.
Starting with the coarse grit, sand away imperfections. Use the finer grit sticks to smooth the area out.
You can also find sanding sticks at local stores, you're looking for 220 - 1000 grit.
220 - 320 for the coarse grit
400 - 600 for the medium grit
1000+ for the fine grit
What kind of resin do you use?
SunLu ABS-Like. For most things the grey resin is used. For magic and effects, I use clear resin.
Why do I have to buy bases separately for some models?
Bases take time and resin to print and not everyone is going to want one or maybe they want a different one.
Some models have bases they are designed with, in those situations the price of the base is added to the price of the miniature already.
